Processing time
- All orders take 7-14 days to process depending on the product. 

Shipping
- 3-5 business days within Canada through Canada post 
- 5-7 business days through the USA through Canada Post 
- 7-10 business days worldwide through UPS

- It will be sent by email immediately after shipping

Do you take custom orders?

- If you wish to place a custom order please send us a direct message through our contact form with reference photos and we will get back to you promptly. 

What's your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of each piece and hygiene standards, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll do our best to help you.

Refund

Refunds will only be issued if the item was shipped damaged and payment will be issued within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
